A: The warranty period is one year from the time the machine arrives at the customer's seaport. We insure each exported machine. If the machine is lost or damaged during the sea transportation, we are responsible for it.
Q: What should we do if the machine breaks down due to design flaws within the warranty period?
A: Within the warranty period, if the machine is damaged due to a design fault, we will be fully responsible and send you replacement parts free of charge. If after replacing the damaged parts the machine still cannot function, we will provide you with a new machine.
Q: What documents can your company provide?
A: After the ship leaves the Chinese port, we can obtain documents from the shipping company, such as: bill of lading or waybill, insurance documents, packing list, commercial invoice. If needed, we can also apply for CO, Form F, Form E, etc.
Q: Can you provide spare parts after the warranty period expires if we need them?
A: We can provide machine spare parts.
